Villa Paraiso Beach Rental is a luxury beachfront residence on an acre of tropical gardens on the white sand beach of Santa Teresa. This home has 5,000 sq ft of living space and features 5 bedrooms. Each spacious bedroom has a full private bathroom constructed of natural stone floors and counter tops. For extra privacy, one of the bedrooms has an apartment like setting with its own kitchen and private entrance.
Villa Paraiso is fully air conditioned, or you can open up the house to enjoy the ocean breezes from the Pacific. Just in front of the house you will find a large pool complete with covered deck and lounge chairs. Past the pool is the lush garden and the trail that leads down to the beach and the amazing waves of Santa Teresa.
Villa Paraiso comes with a full staff to cater to all your needs. This includes security from 6pm to 6am, gardener/caretaker, housekeeper, and manager/concierge. You will also have use of our large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and a surf board rack.
