Situated on 9 acres above Mal Pais, Costa Rica, Brisas del Cabo is a new construction featuring 4 ocean view bedrooms and 2 infinity pools. This gated property offers seclusion and privacy but also provides quick access via private road to the towns of Mal Pais and Santa Teresa.
Brisas del Cabo has two houses on its spectacular property. The main house has 3 large bedrooms with full bathrooms, air-conditioning, king size beds, luxury bedding, ceiling fans, and of course amazing ocean views. Just a few steps away from the main house is the guest casita. The casita has an additional air-conditioned bedroom, full bathroom, and its own pool.
The open floor plan at Brisas del Cabo includes the living area and the fully equipped kitchen with a bank of French doors that open onto the covered veranda and the infinity pool.
The concierge service at Brisas del Cabo will pick you and your guests up from the Tambor Airport if needed. A yoga class, surf lesson, horseback riding tour, and one day of an ATV rental are also included in your rental (offer is for 2 guests, additional guests will be charged standard rates for tours/classes).
