We’re famous! Well, sort of. Brett Callahan from our team here at Costa Rica Beach Rentals was just recently featured in an episode of the hit reality show, House Hunters International, showcasing some of the properties here in Santa Teresa for sale.
Last year we announced we had joined forces with RE/MAX Pura Vida giving us the opportunity to expand our rental business to include the buying & selling of properties in Costa Rica. This year we had the pleasure of working with a wonderful family looking to relocate to Costa Rica alongside of House Hunters International. After meeting & discussing their criteria, desires & budget we narrowed the search down to 3 of our top homes for sale.
The first option we showed was Casa Sonrisas, located just steps away from one of the best beaches in Costa Rica, Playa Santa Teresa. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers spacious living areas, both indoor & outdoor, full kitchen, large bedrooms & a private swimming pool. With its’ prime location and solid construction & rental history, this property is a great investment, or a rental option for your next trip to Santa Teresa.
The second property we visited is located in Mal Pais, as part of a residential eco-housing development. The project offers lots of various sizes, ranging from 959 square meters up to 5000 square meters. These lots are the ideal opportunity for those looking to build a sustainable home, using locally sourced & harvested teak woods, unique bamboo construction, fine finishings and sustainable materials. The third, and final property that was shown was the eventual winner for the buyers. Located just up from the main road in Santa Teresa, the 2-story, 4 bedroom duplex offered a perfect compromise for the buyers needs.
