Casa Sonrisas is another available vacation rental. Located in the heart of Santa Teresa, this 3 bedroom 2 bath home is just steps away to it all. The Santa Teresa beach and the Banana Beach Restaurant/Bar are just a short walk away. Also nearby you will find a supermarket, restaurants, shops, and more. Casa Sonrisas comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests in the 3 bedrooms so it is ideal for a family or a group of friends hoping to enjoy New Years in the tropics.
Finally we have Casa de Amor. Casa de Amor is a 2 bedroom home situated in the hills of Mal Pais. The property offers amazing ocean views from the mountain location but it is just a short drive away to the beach. The large infinity pool is the perfect setting to enjoy Costa Rica’s famous sunsets. With one large bedroom in the main part of the house and a separate pool house with a second bedroom this property is ideal for two couples traveling together.
All of these homes are $500 per night over the holidays. They also require a two week rental starting around the 18th or 19th of December.
